
I have always been into sports. Since I was little, you could find me dribbling down a soccer field, running around a track jumping hurdles, and rowing crew. I've never been into working out in a gym, however. When I moved to Maryland after college, I didn't know anyone and was struggling to find someplace to work out where I truly felt like I belonged. That's when I found Studio X. I started doing Zumba at Studio X almost 2 years ago and, while it took me a while to get the steps down, I was hooked. As I was getting back into my workout groove, RIPPED was introduced. Naturally, I had to try it. From day one, I knew this was a workout for me! It takes pieces of everything I used to do playing sports, from resistance workouts to plyometrics, and puts it into one awesome hour-long workout. Even better, they put it to music! I can't get enough of it and I hope you will all join me so I can share my new passion for RIPPED with you!
