Alison - Kickboxing/Booty Camp Instructor!!



"I was the girl who was in the back of the class; shy, low-self esteem and 60 pounds heavier.  In college, my ‘Freshman 15’ became the “Senior 50”! My life changed when I made the first step and took a Turbokick class for the first time.  No kidding, my body changed in the first week!  My clothes got smaller, with each physical obstacle, my confidence grew and I eventually became that “amazing” gal in the front row—while having a BLAST doing it.  I took another HUGE first step and certified in 2007 and Today, I’m even more devoted to making healthy living and fitness FUN!  After losing 60lbs, I truly understand that the hardest step towards living healthy/fit is the FIRST.  Looking in the mirror, pinching your skin and being negative won’t make you fit, only movement and determination will.  It’s a constant battle, but one we can win with the right attitude.

I have extensive experience in sports conditioning and training.  I was a high school and collegiate athlete and trained in Muay Thai.  Being AFAA Group Exercise and Kickboxing certified with a dancing background- I want to bring a mix of everything to my classes.  I teach Turbokick, Kickboxing, Boot Camp (which spawned “Ally’s Booty Camp”), Striptease and Abs/Core Conditioning.

 I believe in the balance between training hard, working hard, eating right, remembering to relax and enjoying life every day and those around you.  I credit my full-time military career towards my intense and efficient training style.  You will be safely guided through positive, functional, high energy, high intensity kick-butt  workouts designed to transform your body and begin improving your health. Once you realize that you CAN do it, nothing can stop you, but yourself.
